Last Updated: October 7, 2026

Welcome to Moujli.com (“Moujli”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Moujli.com, including its articles, accounts, subscriptions, comments, author and contributor features, and any other services or functionality made available through the website.

By accessing, browsing, registering with, subscribing to, contributing to, or otherwise using Moujli.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms

You may use Moujli only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. If you create an account, subscribe, submit a comment, apply to become an author, submit an article, or otherwise contribute content, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to the provisions of these Terms applicable to that activity.

If you use Moujli on behalf of a business, organisation, or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Informational and Editorial Content

Articles and other material published on Moujli are provided for general information, commentary, discussion, education, and entertainment purposes only.

Content published on Moujli should not be regarded as professional, legal, financial, investment, medical, health, tax, employment, or other specialist advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before making decisions where necessary.

Although we may review, edit, fact-check, or moderate content, we do not guarantee that any information published on Moujli is accurate, complete, current, suitable, or free from errors.

You are responsible for evaluating information obtained through Moujli and for any decisions or actions you take in reliance upon it.

3. Intellectual Property and Use of Moujli Content

Unless otherwise stated, the design, branding, logos, software, graphics, editorial material, and other content owned by Moujli are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and read content for your personal, non-commercial use and may share links to our publicly available pages.

You must not, without appropriate permission:

  • Copy or republish substantial portions of our articles or other protected content;
  • Sell, license, commercially exploit, or redistribute Moujli content;
  • Remove copyright, attribution, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
  • Present Moujli content as your own;
  • Systematically scrape, harvest, extract, or reproduce content or data from the website except where permitted by law; or
  • Use our branding or content in a manner that falsely suggests endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or partnership.

Where an article or other material belongs to an author, photographer, licensor, or other third party, additional rights and restrictions may apply.

4. Accounts and Registered Users

Certain features of Moujli may require you to create an account. You agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete and to keep relevant account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorisation.

You must not create accounts using another person's identity without authority, impersonate another person, attempt to gain unauthorised access to another account, or use automated systems to create or operate accounts in breach of these Terms.

We may restrict, suspend, disable, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, the account presents a security or legal risk, or action is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect Moujli, our users, or third parties.

5. Subscribers and Communications

If you subscribe to a newsletter, email update, notification, or other communication from Moujli, you agree that we may send you the communications you requested, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the relevant communication or through any other method we make available.

We do not guarantee the frequency, availability, delivery, or continued operation of any newsletter, alert, subscription, or notification service and may modify or discontinue such services at any time.

6. Comments and Other User-Generated Content

Moujli may allow users to post comments, responses, profiles, submissions, or other user-generated content (“User Content”).

You remain responsible for User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit it and that its publication and use in accordance with these Terms will not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

You must not submit content that:

  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, or unlawfully discriminatory;
  • Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or other rights;
  • Contains malicious software, harmful code, scams, spam, or deceptive links;
  • Impersonates another person or misrepresents its origin;
  • Contains personal or confidential information that you do not have the right to disclose; or
  • Otherwise breaches these Terms or applicable law.

We are not responsible for statements, opinions, claims, links, or other material submitted by users. User Content represents the views of the person who submitted it and does not necessarily represent the views of Moujli.

We may moderate, edit, hide, restrict, reject, or remove User Content at our discretion, but we are not obliged to monitor every submission or communication.

7. Authors and Contributors

Moujli may permit individuals to apply to become authors, contributors, or writers. Approval as an author does not create any employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, fiduciary, or other relationship unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Authors and contributors are responsible for the articles, images, information, quotations, sources, claims, and other material they submit.

By submitting content for publication, you represent and warrant that:

  • You created the content or have all permissions and rights necessary to submit and license it;
  • The content does not unlawfully infringe the intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights of any person;
  • The content does not contain knowingly false or unlawfully defamatory statements;
  • You have obtained appropriate permission for third-party photographs, images, quotations, data, or other protected material where required;
  • You have disclosed any material commercial relationship, sponsorship, payment, conflict of interest, or other connection relevant to the content where appropriate; and
  • Your submission complies with applicable law and these Terms.

Submitting an article does not guarantee publication. We may accept, reject, edit, format, categorise, headline, illustrate, postpone, unpublish, or remove submitted material at our discretion.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain ownership of copyright in original content you create. However, by submitting content to Moujli for publication, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, publish, display, format, edit, adapt for presentation, distribute, promote, excerpt, and make the content available through Moujli and our associated promotional and distribution channels.

This licence includes the right to retain reasonable archival copies of previously published material and to use excerpts, headlines, author names, profile information, and associated images to promote the article and Moujli.

Where separate written terms concerning payment, commissioned work, copyright ownership, exclusivity, or licensing have been agreed with an author, those specific terms will apply to the extent that they conflict with this section.

8. Author Opinions and Editorial Independence

Articles, opinion pieces, comments, and other contributions may express the personal views of their respective authors. Publication on Moujli does not mean that Moujli endorses, agrees with, verifies, or accepts responsibility for those views.

Authors are responsible for the opinions, statements, allegations, recommendations, and conclusions contained in their contributions.

We reserve editorial discretion over what we publish and are under no obligation to publish material representing every viewpoint.

9. Licence for Other User Content

By submitting comments or other User Content intended to appear publicly on Moujli, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, format, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, promote, and provide Moujli.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

10. Prohibited Use

You must not use Moujli:

  • For any unlawful purpose;
  • To harass, threaten, defraud, deceive, or unlawfully harm another person;
  • To distribute spam, malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material;
  • To interfere with the operation, availability, or security of the website;
  • To attempt unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, databases, servers, or administrative areas;
  • To circumvent access controls, rate limits, security measures, or technical restrictions;
  • To conduct automated scraping, harvesting, crawling, or data extraction contrary to our instructions or applicable law; or
  • In any manner that could expose Moujli, its operators, users, authors, or third parties to legal or security risk.

11. Third-Party Websites, Services and Advertising

Moujli may contain links to, embeds from, advertisements for, or integrations with third-party websites, products, services, or platforms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not control or endorse those third parties and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content, products, services, security, privacy practices, transactions, or conduct.

Your dealings with third parties are between you and the relevant third party and may be governed by their own terms and policies.

12. No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moujli and all content, features, and services made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no guarantee or warranty that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of Moujli without notice where reasonably appropriate.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moujli, its owners, operators, officers, employees, contractors, editors, and representatives shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from or connected with your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance upon Moujli or content available through it, including content supplied by authors, commenters, users, advertisers, or other third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or similar losses arising in connection with the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, if you submit content to Moujli, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moujli and its owners, operators, officers, employees, contractors, editors, and representatives from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of or relating to:

  • Content you submit, publish, or otherwise make available through Moujli;
  • Your infringement or alleged infringement of another person's intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights;
  • Your unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise actionable statements or conduct;
  • Your breach of these Terms or warranties you give under them; or
  • Your violation of applicable law.

This section applies particularly to authors, contributors, commenters, and other users who provide content for publication. It does not require you to indemnify us for liability caused solely by our own unlawful conduct to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be transferred or excluded.

15. Moderation, Removal and Suspension

We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to investigate reported content or conduct and may edit, reject, restrict, unpublish, or remove content or suspend or terminate access where we reasonably consider this appropriate.

We may take action without prior notice where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, protection of third-party rights, enforcement of these Terms, or protection of Moujli and its users.

16. Copyright and Rights Complaints

If you believe material published on Moujli infringes your copyright, privacy, or other legal rights, please contact us with sufficient information to identify the material, explain your concern, and allow us to investigate it.

We may remove or restrict access to disputed material while a complaint is reviewed without admitting liability.

17. Privacy and Personal Data

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Cookie Policy.

By using Moujli, you acknowledge that personal information will be handled in accordance with those policies and applicable data protection law.

18. Termination

You may stop using Moujli at any time. Where account-deletion functionality is available, you may request or initiate deletion subject to our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, legitimate record-keeping requirements, and any functionality described on the website.

Termination or deletion of an account does not automatically require us to remove material previously published under a licence that survives termination, subject to applicable law and any specific agreement with the contributor.

Provisions which by their nature are intended to survive termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, licences, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and governing law, shall continue to apply where legally enforceable.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Moujli, our practices, or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of Moujli after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

21. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to any mandatory rights applicable to consumers, the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms.

23. Contact Us

If you have questions, concerns, legal notices, or rights-related complaints concerning these Terms or Moujli, please contact us.
